Guaranteed Placement

On attaining your ADI qualification by passing the three part DSA examination, you become eligible for the DIC Guaranteed Placement Scheme.

The Guaranteed Placement Scheme is free of charge to those who train and qualify with DIC, but is dependent on you conducting and presenting yourself in a professional and business like manner during meetings and interviews with driving schools. Under the scheme we will discuss the various career options open to you and arrange introductions to driving schools.

You will be offered at least one self-employed position with a driving school to work within a reasonable distance from your home. (Local population density will be considered when defining "reasonable distance".)

If you choose to setup your own driving school, DIC will provide you with the necessary trade contacts and advice to enable you to source driving instructor insurance, a training vehicle at discount, advertise effectively and administer your business.

DIC reserve the right to charge a recruitment fee to those driving schools which take on driving instructors referred by us under the scheme.
